We offer our services to allow you to make the most of your loft; this includes:-
Flooring the Loft
We can floorboard the loft using tongue and groove flooring; this creating a storage area or maybe just to gain access to water tanks with out the risk of your putting your feet through the ceiling. It’s all screwed down securely and any cables are protected and marked.
New Enlarged openings
Sometimes the existing loft opening isn’t large enough to allow you sensible access. Most openings can be enlarged to allow this and we can offer a totally new access and close up the existing one.
Roof Lining
Some roofs have no felt underlay, which can be very dusty. We can place a breathable liner on the inside of the rafters, reducing the dust drastically so that you can then use your loft for a clean storage.
Lighting
We can offer you lighting in your loft, ranging from a single bay net type bulb to a fluorescent tube; depending on the size of your loft.
